    Terms and Conditions of Booking:

      • Extra Participants: Any extra participants not booked through the online booking system will be invoiced, and an additional administrative fee will be added. To avoid this fee, please ensure that any extra participants are booked on the day of use via the online system.
      • For groups exceeding 12 participants, online booking is required to receive the applicable discount.
      • Instructor Documentation: Instructors must upload their current public liability insurance with appropriate wording that covers teaching, workshops, aerial, parkour, etc. Bookings will be considered void if the correct documentation is not provided, and a $25 processing fee will be charged.
      • Extra Time: Any extra time beyond the booked hours will be charged at $17.80 per 10-minute increment per participant. An invoice for any extra time used will be sent after the session. Please note that the last booking of the day cannot be extended.
      • All bookings are subject to equipment availability.
