What to Bring:
- Attire: Comfortable, fitted clothing suitable for movement (e.g., bike pants or shorts, a well-fitting top). All jewelry should be removed, and long hair tied back. Bare feet are best!
- Essentials: Please bring a water bottle. Our gym is equipped with toilets, change rooms, and a water station.
