This class develops self-confidence and body awareness; children also learn skills which are transferable to the classroom, the playground and all sports!

Our Individual Needs Gymnastics classes develop gymnastics movement patterns, beginner shapes and basic strength exercises required to set our athletes on the right path to move through our Gymnastics Program.

Open to both boys and girls.
