Terms and Conditions of Booking:

- Extra Participants: Any extra participants not booked through the online booking system will be invoiced, and an additional administrative fee will be added. To avoid this fee, please ensure that any extra participants are booked on the day of use via the online system.
- For groups exceeding 12 participants, online booking is required to receive the applicable discount.
- Instructor Documentation: Instructors must upload their current public liability insurance with appropriate wording that covers teaching, workshops, aerial, parkour, etc. Bookings will be considered void if the correct documentation is not provided, and a $25 processing fee will be charged.
- Extra Time: Any extra time beyond the booked hours will be charged at $17.80 per 10-minute increment per participant. An invoice for any extra time used will be sent after the session. Please note that the last booking of the day cannot be extended.
- All bookings are subject to equipment availability.
– No refunds
– You are eligible to hold a credit should your booking cancel and you have given the HOD 48hrs notice
– You are responsible for the floor during your booking and any damages made from your booking, you will be held responsible for the damage
– Finish on time ($5 per 10min late fee will apply)

– Last booking of the day cannot be extended.
– Sound system can be used only if paid $10 (please tick “Sound system hire” with your booking)
– Any additional equipment used outside of Floor area (trampolines, ninja area, gym equipment, gymnastics apparatus) fees of $11 per person per hour applies and is available if it has been processed prior to the booking.
